kamry k1000 E pipe Review

The iClear 30s are dual coil cartomizers metering at 2.2ohms with changeable heads fitting into a tank that holds 3mls of liquid. My usual disclaimer applies here, I received this for a review but Ill be honest and truthful about it even if it does often end up costing me dearly in regards to future review samples.
The tank is a run of the mill polycarbonate tube with threading on either end for the stainless steel caps. Aesthetically it’s not so much different to any other clearo tank.

This beautiful new design E Pipe mechanical mod by Kamry. These are genuine Kamry. The 510 connector means any atomizer/clearomiser with 510 fitments can be used.  Looks stunning and stylish and is quality built.

The kit comes complete with kamry’s own tank, however, you could also put a Vision Vivi Nova tank on it, or any other tank that has a 510 thread such as the Kanger ProTank, or even a rebuildable atomizer.

These epipes don’t heat up like other e-pipes on the market.

Styling and build quality

I received the silver colored K1000 for review, and I have to say  it is a very nice device. The bowl  houses the 18350 battery is of a comfortable to use in hand – it is shaped very much traditional. It feels quite durable and lightweight.

Battery

The battery installation is a bit different, too. You’re likely used to putting the positive post into the mod first. The switch  contact with the negative pole. A ring is screwed off of the top , a battery is dropped in with the positive side up, then the cover is replaced. The center is the switch, and around the switch are four dimples you might use to improve your “grip” to remove and replace the cap. It’s not terribly easy, but gets easier with time.

Safety first

It is very important that you take notice of the fact that the Kamry K1000 is a mechanical mod. It has no safety features and no looking ring. This device requires a responsible user and you really need to know Ohms Law before you start using any mechanical mod.

Price/Value:

I’ve seen the Kamry K1000 EPipe listed for as much as $65 and as little as $40.  I’d say it’s a decent deal. Sure, you can find higher powered mods, but none of them will give you that British secret agent vibe that the K1000 will.
